What should I expect when I arrive? Getting your car repaired can be, and often is an intimidating process. When you arrive at Smitty's Transmission Service you'll be greeted with the highest level of customer service in the industry. - The first step is to meet with one of our friendly technicians. This will give you an opportunity to explain any problems you've been experiencing with your car, as well as ask any questions you might have before it is diagnosed.
- Once our technician has taken down basic information about your car, such as millage readings, make, model, and the nature of any problems they will diagnose your car using the latest in computer technology.
- Once diagnosed, a technician will meet directly with you to explain our findings in a way that you will understand. We will explain how the problem occurred along with the necessary steps to resolve the problem as well as provide you with the cost of repairs if necessary.
- Entirely at your option, we will proceed with first class repair of your vehicle backed by a nationwide warranty.
- At the completion of repair work on your vehicle we will give you any tips and suggestions to avoid future issues that you have experienced as well as provide you with detailed information on your nationwide warranty.
Even after your vehicle leaves our shop our work is not done.
